Ging Gang Gooly

Dressed up as a Scout,
I used to venture out,
After rules and regulations were recited,
Bob-a-Job I would say,
I was told to go away,
So I went back through their windows uninvited!
I won a lot of badges of distinction on the way,
Breaking and entering is the one I got today,
We went away to camp, spent three weeks in a tent,
Singing stupid songs and never knowing what they meant

Ging Gang Gooly Gooly,
Dib Dib Dob,
Ging Gang Gooly Gooly,
Wotcher! Bob-a-Job,
With a wiggle of my woggle,
And a toggle-oggle-o,
Ging Gang Gooly Gooly,
Ging Gang Goo!

You could tell the very best,
By the badges on his chest,
Marching down the high street every Sunday, All wearing stupid hats and feeling proper prats,
With our leader thinking he was Crocodile Dundee,
We'd sit around the fire on out of date Exchange and Marts,
Eating lots of beans 'till someone takes the lead and....STARTS,
And while all the crawlers are paying up their subs,
I was snogging with the Brownies, and then beating up the cubs!

Ging Gang Gooly Gooly,
Dib Dib Dob,
Ging Gang Gooly Gooly,
Wotcher! Bob-a-Job,
With a wiggle of my woggle,
And a toggle-oggle-o,
Ging Gang Gooly Gooly,
Ging Gang Goo!

Now they say every Scout can start a fire and put one out,
And that particular badge I knew I'd win it,
For although it wasn't meant,
I burned down some geezer's tent,
And he weren't too happy 'cos the sod was in it.
In no uncertain terms the Scouts told me to go away,
Thats fair enough I'd rather join the Brownies anyway,
And if there is a badge for what I'd like to do to them,
I'd win it, then I'd try and win another nine or ten!

Ging Gang Gooly Gooly,
Dib Dib Dob,
Ging Gang Gooly Gooly,
Wotcher! Bob-a-Job,
With a wiggle of my woggle,
And a toggle-oggle-o,
Ging Gang Gooly Gooly,
Ging Gang Goo!
